Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Primary Suite: This serene sanctuary boasts a king-sized bed, a sitting area, and breathtaking views of the lake and pool. The en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in rain shower, double vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet that even features a crib—perfect for families with little ones.

Second Bedroom: A versatile space with a king-sized bed and built-in twin and full-size bunk beds—ideal for kids or groups. It also has its own full bathroom.

Third Bedroom: A comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

Fourth Bedroom: A second primary suite with a king-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom, and plenty of space to relax.

Upstairs Loft:
The second floor features a loft that serves as an entertainment zone, perfect for movie nights, video game marathons, or simply lounging with a good book. A full bathroom upstairs adds extra convenience.

Outdoor Paradise:
Step outside to your private lakeside oasis. Lounge by the custom saltwater pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a meal on the covered back porch, which features a 12-seat dining table, oversized sectional sofa, outdoor grill, and beverage fridge. The picturesque lake views provide the ideal backdrop for creating unforgettable memories.

The flat backyard is perfect for lawn games, kids' activities, or just tossing a frisbee while watching the sunset. Down by the water, you'll find a sandy beach area for swimming and sunbathing. Take the provided tandem kayak or two paddleboards out for a scenic adventure on Lake Oconee.

Water Activities:
Bring your own boat or rent one locally—our private dock is ready for water adventures. Explore the lake, discover the best fishing spots, or enjoy tubing and sunset cruises right from the property.

Additional Information:

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $800 is required upon booking approval, or you may opt for a damage waiver.

Pool & Hot Tub Heating: Available at an additional cost. The pool is open seasonally.
