Great location
Very nice house. The lake views from the main level are hard to beat. The pool is great and everything in the house was satisfactory. It is a bit of an odd floor plan in some ways, such as the bedroom closest to the master bedroom has to share a bathroom down the hall that requires a walk through the main part of the house to get to it. We made it work but I could see how it could be awkward for some groups.<br/>The location of the house is convenient to Publix and other stores and restaurants near it. It's also close to Reynolds by car but further by boat.<br/>Overall, I would recommend it, and we would return one day.
The house was wonderful and great layout for our extended family. The open floor plan gave us plenty of room and the kitchen was perfect for a large group. The screened porch was delightful for sunrise coffee and the pool and dock provided endless fun for both old and young. The convenient location and close proximity to restaurants, marinas and grocery stores made the week easy. Someone was very creative in converting a ranch style house into an updated, well appointed modern lake house. Unfortunately, we were there the week the new construction nextdoor was doing landscaping and irrigation installation so it was hard to keep the pool area free of debris. A blower would have come in handy to help control the dirt. We hope to return!
